1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Class Fantasy Squad ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our fantasy sports platform at classfantasysquad.com and our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Class Fantasy Squad. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To use Class Fantasy Squad, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where fantasy sports contests are prohibited
• Not be an employee, affiliate, or family member of Class Fantasy Squad staff
• Not have been previously banned or suspended from the Platform
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

We reserve the right to verify your age and identity at any time. Failure to provide requested verification may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Account Registration and Security

To participate in contests, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Not share your account with others or maintain multiple accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

4. Fantasy Sports Contests

4.1 Contest Participation

Class Fantasy Squad offers daily fantasy baseball contests where participants compete based on the statistical performance of real Major League Baseball players. By entering a contest, you agree to:

• Compete fairly and honestly without using unauthorized assistance
• Accept the official contest rules and scoring system
• Abide by lineup submission deadlines
• Acknowledge that contests involve skill and knowledge of baseball

4.2 Scoring and Results

Contest scores are calculated based on the real-world performance of selected players according to our published scoring system. We strive for accuracy but are not liable for:

• Statistical corrections or adjustments made by official baseball leagues
• Technical errors or delays in score updates
• Disputed or reversed official statistics

All scoring decisions are final unless a clear error is identified and verified by our team.

4.3 Contest Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or modify contests due to:

• Insufficient participation
• Weather-related game postponements
• Technical issues or system failures
• Suspected fraud or rule violations
• Any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in the following activities:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain unfair advantages
• Colluding with other users to manipulate contest outcomes
• Creating multiple accounts or sharing accounts
• Using insider information or non-public player data
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or staff
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise platform security
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or eligibility
• Using the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any contest entries or achievements.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and data compilations, is the property of Class Fantasy Squad or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce Platform content without permission
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software
• Create derivative works based on Platform content

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

We provide the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. We may suspend or discontinue services for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without notice.

8.2 No Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

Class Fantasy Squad, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the six months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Class Fantasy Squad and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

10. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed-upon arbitration association. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

11. Geographic Restrictions

Fantasy sports contests may not be legal in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring that your participation complies with local laws. We reserve the right to restrict access from certain locations and to verify your location.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Platform immediately ceases
• Active contest entries may be forfeited
• All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or technical failures.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Class Fantasy Squad regarding the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Download our APK, create your account, and start building your fantasy baseball lineups. Select players from real MLB rosters and compete based on their statistical performance in actual games.

Point System

Players earn points based on their real-world performance:

• Hitting: Singles (3 pts), Doubles (5 pts), Triples (8 pts), Home Runs (10 pts), RBIs (2 pts), Runs Scored (2 pts), Stolen Bases (5 pts), Walks (2 pts)
• Pitching: Innings Pitched (3 pts per IP), Strikeouts (2 pts), Wins (4 pts), Quality Starts (4 pts), Complete Games (2.5 pts), Shutouts (2.5 pts), Earned Runs (-2 pts), Hits Allowed (-0.6 pts)
